Founder & President at Manhattan nannies

Florence Yazdanpanah

Founder & President

Florence is a former school teacher who graduated from Stockton University where she majored in Psychology and minored in early childhood education. She moved to New York City ten years ago to become a nanny. Over the course of her career she quickly realized the need for a quality, detail-oriented agency that truly understood it’s clients’ desires. Since then, Florence has been professionally connecting families with great staff across Manhattan.

With experience in both the client and employee sectors of the staffing industry, Florence is well-suited to match client needs with staff who are skilled, compassionate and highly professional individuals. Her desire to meet the distinctive needs of Manhattan’s vibrant families led to the creation of Manhattan Nanny & Staffing Agency.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to 80 percent since the hospital opened more than 50 years ago. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food. Founder Danny Thomas said, “I’d rather have a million people give me a dollar than one give me a million. That way, you’ve got a million people involved.” These incredible services, offered freely and generously to children and their families, are supported by contributions from everyday people. A portion of the proceeds from Manhattan Nanny and Staffing Agency is given directly to St. Jude’s.
